TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, All Systems Are Go! shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. All Systems Are Go! shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, All Systems Are Go! shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Return Policy
We are very flexible on returns.

Defective products

   If the product is defective, we will exchange it at no charge during the warranty period. If the product is no longer available, we will offer a substitute product. If a substitute product is not available or not acceptable, we will issue a store credit in the form of a gift certificate for the value of the original product.

   Most products carry a 1-5 year warranty, some items are lifetime warranty.

Other returns

    An RMA must accompany all returns. You can return any unopened item for a full refund (less shipping) within 30 days of purchase. Returns after the first 30 days, but less than 12 months, will receive a gift certificate for the value of the product that can be used for the purchase on any items listed on the website.

You must report any shipping discrepancies to us within 72 hours of receiving your shipment.
